Iodine thyroid blocking agent (KI)
Used to prevent radioactive iodine from concentrating in thyroid gland by saturating it with stable iodine

Ca-DTPA / Zn-DTPA
Used for decorporation of transurainium elements such as Americium(Am), Plutonium(Pu), Curium(Cm),
Californium(Cf), and Berkelium(Bk) by enhancing excretion via kidney -
Prussian Blue
Used for internal contamination with radioactive cesium(Cs) and thallium(Tl) by enhancing fecal excretion
Support on nuclear licensees (regarding medical affairs)

Korea-Radiation Emergency Medical Assistance Team (K-REMAT)
KIRAMS-NREMC operates K-REMAT to provide field support by dispatching an assistance team on scene, when there is an urgent need for medical support such as triage, decontamination, and first-aid treatment, due to radiological accidents, terror attacks, etc.
